Finding Family Stories
is an arts partnership project initiated by the Japanese American
National Museum designed to work with local and state cultural institutions
to create art exhibitions and educational programs that expand the
understanding and appreciation of the rich cultural diversity in
our nation.
For the past three years, the Chinese American Museum, California
African American Museum and Self-Help Graphics have been proud

this three-year project will culminate in a four-venue arts exhibition
of work about the topic of family from eight contemporary L.A.-based
minority artists.
The artists participating in the project include:
Sandra de la Loza
Teresa Hagiya
Patrick "Pato" Hebert
