Great News! The Chinese American Museum has been selected as a Best of Downtown nominee for the BEST MUSEUM category in Downtown News' 20th Annual Best of Downtown Contest! Other nominees include the Japanese American National Museum, Natural History Museum, Calfornia Science Center, Museum of Contemporary Art, and the California African American Museum. The fact that CAM is included in this category of cultural heavy-weights is impressive enough and certainly an accomplishment all in its own!

While it is indeed an honor just to even be nominated, let us try and win this one for CAM! Your vote is needed to secure CAM a place in history (and bragging rights) for the honor of Best Museum in 2008! What a great early birthday gift this would be as we prepare to celebrate with the public, CAM's fabulous Fifth Anniversary in December 2008!
